We will start our Tour Cajón del Maipo at your hotel or pickup point. Then we will drive 54 kms through Santiago to San José de Maipo, a picturesque village located in the Cajón del Maipo. There we can appreciate the beauty of the colonial buildings that are still standing. We will also know the beautiful church built in 1800, declared a national monument.
After this walk we will continue our way to Embalse el Yeso, through the Andes Mountains and beautiful landscapes full of colors due to the abundance of different minerals in the mountain.
Finally we will arrive at Embalse el Yeso, a water reservoir that supplies the entire city of Santiago. We will stop to admire this beautiful landscape that can be covered with snow in winter making it a magical destination.

Located 48 km from Santiago, the town San José de Maipo will enchant you with its picturesque constructions of the colonial era.
